Amendment to the Regulation Concerning Prices, Royalties and Contributions for the Kahnawake Cannabis Control Law

(Kahnawake – 23, Ohiarihkó:wa/July 2021) The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission wishes to inform the community that amendments were made to the draft Regulation Concerning Prices, Royalties and Contributions for the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law (Regulation), which was previously posted last October.

The amended Regulation will be posted for a 30-day feedback period commencing today, July 23, 2021, and ending on August 21, 2021, at 4pm. Feedback will ONLY be accepted within the following two amended areas:

The definition section for the term “gross revenue”; and
Section 23 – 25.

Upon completion, the Cannabis Control Board will review and analyze the feedback received. The draft regulations can be viewed at www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com.
