Call for proposals – Youth Initiatives Funding

The Department of Family Services is now accepting proposals for community-based initiatives focused on creating safe spaces for youth, such as youth transitional housing, youth programming, or youth overnight shelters/youth emergency shelters.

Eligible applicants include community-based non-profit organizations and municipal corporations. If applicable, applicants must provide proof of current standing with Nunavut Legal Registries. Additionally, vulnerable sector screenings are required for all program facilitators or shelter staff.

The application deadline is May 9, 2025.
