Deloitte is announcing that the Claims Period for the First Nations Child and Family Services Jordan’s Principle Settlement will officially open on March 10th, 2025. This launch specifically applies to the Removed Child Class and Removed Family Child Class.
On this date, eligible Removed Child and Removed Child Family Class Members will be able to submit their Claims to the Administrator (Deloitte).
The Removed Child Class and Removed Child Family Class represent two out of 9 Classes under the Settlement. These classes include:
Please note that the Claims Period for the remaining seven Classes will open in phases at a later date as each class requires a separate Claims Process that must be approved by the Federal Court. For more information on the Classes and eligibility criteria, please visit FNChildClaims.ca.
How to prepare for the Claims Period opening on March 10th, 2025 (Removed Child Class & Removed Family Child Class)
