Commission of Yukon First Nations Artwork
CYFN Indigenous Women and Children’s Shelter
The Council of Yukon First Nations (CYFN) is leading the development of a 32-bed Indigenous Women and Children’s Shelter. The design and operation of the shelter will be inherently reflective of Yukon First Nations. Construction is expected to start in spring 2023.
CYFN is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions from Yukon First Nations artists for artwork commissions to ensure Yukon First Nations cultural representation through the artworks displayed in the building. A detailed EOI request including scope of work, deliverables and evaluation criteria is available on the CYFN website at www.cyfn.ca.
