This will confirm the Directions of the Court (The Honourable Madam Justice Aylen – Case Management Judge) issued on October 13, 2023:

“ The Defendant is granted an extension of time to October 19, 2023 at 4:00 pm (Eastern) to serve and file their responding motion record on the counsel fee motion (which may include written representations of up to 51 pages in length).

The Plaintiffs shall, by no later than 12:00 pm (Eastern) on October 20, 2023, provide the Court with the following data: (a) the total amount of legal fees attributable to the renegotiation of the settlement agreement; and (b) the total amount of legal fees attributable to the proceedings before the

Tribunal.”
