Dear Members of the Fraser Valley Métis Association,
Due to the sudden resignation of the Board of Directors of the Fraser Valley Métis Association (FVMA), a mass assembly will be hosted on the following date to appoint an Interim Board of Directors, who will be tasked with calling the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date: April 8, 2025
Time: 6:00 pm PST
Location: The Clarion Hotel Summit Room (36035 North Parallel Road, Abbotsford, V3G 2C6) and via the Zoom Meeting Platform.
At the AGM, the election of the new Board of Directors will be held. Those looking to attend virtually, please register here to receive the Zoom link. To learn more about the Zoom Meeting Platform, please review Zoom’s user guide here.
If attending in-person, registration will start at 5:30 pm.
To attend and participate in the meeting, Citizens must belong to the Fraser Valley Métis Association. The following towns and cities fall under the Community’s boundary:
- Abbotsford
- Aldergrove
- Dewdney
- Matsqui
- Mission
To confirm membership, please bring your Community and MNBC Card. Small snacks and refreshments will be provided for in-person attendees.
