Gathering at Fort Qu’Appelle to mark 150 years of Treaty 4 – CBC

A week of activities starting Monday in Fort Qu’Appelle, Sask., about 65 kilometres northeast of Regina, will mark the 150th anniversary of the signing of Treaty 4.

Treaty 4 gatherings are held annually at the site where the treaty was signed, with traditional and educational teachings, games, ceremony, storytelling, and powwow demonstrations.
