Canadian roots band Sultans of String and Indigenous musicians and artists from across the country are bringing their Walking Through the Fire music and multimedia concert to Stratford Sept. 29.
A musical and multimedia project inspired by one of Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s 94 calls to action and led by Canadian roots band, Sultans of String, is bringing Indigenous musicians, artists and storytellers from across the country to perform in Stratford at the end of this month.
Walking Through the Fire, the title of both Sultans of String’s latest album and a live music and multimedia event that will soon be touring across the province, is a musical collaboration between the Juno-nominated roots band and award-winning First Nations, Métis and Inuit artists that showcases the beauty and diversity of Indigenous music from across Turtle Island.
