Show us what’s being done on housing
Homelessness is everywhere. Like COVID-19, it’s a pandemic and we’re watching what seems to be a slow response of our city officials in addressing the critical issue of homelessness. But without an influx of money from all three levels of government, and without compassionate and effective leadership to provide adequate shelters for more than 1,700 people in this city, the rest of this winter (and the foreseeable future) looks bleak. An influx of federal and provincial money is unlikely.
