Market Square Music returning this month – Stratford Today

Starting May 24, the City of Stratford’s Market Square Music will return, shining the spotlight on local artists who will perform in a series of free concerts Fridays from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Produced by Stratford’s own Juno-nominated singer/songwriter Dayna Manning, the series will feature a new local artist performing in the space behind City Hall each Friday evening. The lineup includes Stelle & Carter Trio, Laura Neilson and Kaitlyn Famme, Cait and Pete from The Bookends, Ethan Maac and Maggie Foster.

Market Square Music will also feature a community sing-along led by Dayna Manning on June 14, and a performance by Chippewan flautist and storyteller Christin Dennis on National Indigenous Peoples Day June 21.
