Ottawa, ON – The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) congratulates Victoria Pruden on her election as President of the Métis National Council (MNC). President Pruden’s deep connections to Métis communities across the homeland make her an incredible choice to lead the MNC with a renewed focus and mandate to advance the Métis Nation priorities for the betterment of the entire Métis Nation.

President Pruden brings a powerful vision, one rooted in collaboration, cultural pride, and a focus on ensuring that the voices of Métis citizens are heard and respected. The MNO stands ready to work alongside President Pruden to advance the collective priorities of Métis people across the Homeland.
