MNO: Early Learning Christmas Gift Program

Following the tremendous success of last year’s Gift Program, we are excited to offer the Métis Early Learning Christmas Gift Program again in 2023!

Successful applicant families will receive a pre-wrapped gift appropriate for their early learner(s) in a chosen area of interest or area of interest approved by the MNO Early Learning Child Care (ELCC) team.

To allow sufficient time for purchasing, wrapping, and shipping gifts, the application process for this program will open on September 5, 2023.

All Métis families are welcome to submit ONE application per family if they meet the following criteria:
• One parent, legal guardian, or child must be an MNO citizen eligible for direct benefits
• Must reside in Ontario
• Have at least one child between the ages of 0-12 years. Proof of age will be required when completing the application.

However, only ONE of the following is needed:

• An MNO citizenship card; birth certificate; or passport.
• Applicants must reside at the same address as the child(ren) they are applying for.

The application will remain open until the program reaches full capacity or until registration closes on September 26, 2023, at 4:30 pm.

Please Note: Registration will be closed and taken offline early should the program reach full capacity before September 26th, 2023.

Our 2023 Christmas Gift Program has a capacity of 700 families; only approved applications that meet all program parameters will receive a confirmation email. All applicants accepted into the 2023 Christmas Gift Program will receive an email confirmation by November 1, 2023.
