Provincial agency says new Confederation GO station will offer riders 13 weekday, 15 weekend train trips

People in Hamilton and Niagara will have expanded GO Transit service and more convenient access to GO rail service when the new Confederation GO station officially opens on Monday, Metrolinx says.

The provincial agency says that in addition to opening the new station on the Lakeshore West Line, it’s also adding new train trips across several lines to support growing regional demand.

“All existing Lakeshore West trips serving Niagara Falls will stop at Confederation GO,” reads a news release from Metrolinx.
