Nchem̓ús Day is a full day of hands-on experiences, storytelling, and a fun chance to connect with your

Indigenous neighbours. Make your own lightbox in a workshop with Kim Seward and Lisa Lewis, try your luck at Slahal, an ancient Indigenous game led by Swalklanexw Dallas Guss, or drop in to watch master carver Xwalacktun at work and learn about his craft. Sam Seward will offer stories about lacrosse and reclaiming his traditional weaving practice.
