South Slave Pre-Registration is Open

  • Pre-registration for re-entry flights is now available for evacuees from Hay River, Kʼatlodeeche First Nation and Fort Smith. Evacuees from these locations can pre-register until 8:00PM on Thursday, September 14.
  • Pre-registration is the first step in developing passenger lists for re-entry flights. From there, appropriate aircraft can be booked based on community re-entry timelines and need in established flight hubs.
  • Please note that a separate pre-registration process for Enterprise evacuees will be announced at a later date when a re-entry timeline for that community becomes available.
  • Your information will be processed as quickly as possible to determine the appropriate re-entry flight.
  • Once your flight information is available, the GNWT will call you to confirm. You will also be provided with information on ground transportation from a designated pick-up location to your assigned airport.
