Judge says public deserved to hear his criticism.
He lost a defamation suit against the head coach at the Hamilton Wrestling Club because a judge found the criticisms were so serious the public should hear them.
He was fired as the complaints and appeal officer (CAO) for Wrestling Canada Lutte (WCL) because administrators lacked confidence in his integrity. (He then sued.)
He revealed the names of a Western University coach and a female wrestler investigated for having an affair, an allegation that was unfounded.
