Sitansisk Kolusuwakon February 15 to 29, 2024 – St. Mary’s FN

Sitansisk Chief and Council has met four times between January 1, 2024, and February 6, 2024. These meetings included discussions regarding housing, land use, community wellness projects, SMEC and SMRS Board of Directors items, Economic Development, routine finance agreement renewals for the 2024 Fiscal Year, as well as files brought forth by administrative staff from various departments.

Below are the motions passed during the sessions. Two of the meeting days were non-voting sessions related to administrative training and planning for the year.

Chief and Council Motions:

Motion 1: To accept the agenda, as presented, with amendments for time. Motion carried.

Motion 2: To approve the minutes from December 13, 2023. Motion carried.

Motion 3: Motion to accept the agendas, as presented, with amendments due to time. Motion carried.

Motion 4: To sign the Release and Indemnity agreement related to Lands Department briefing note. Motion carried.
