The Yukon government housing chair and the former leader of the Council of the Yukon First Nations visit Mayo October 24 to discuss Yukon residential schools.

Judy Gingell, a former leader of the Council of Yukon First Nations, participated in the delegation of Elijah Smith’s “Together Today for Our Children Tomorrow.”

And Doris Bill, the current Yukon government housing chair, held office as the former Chief of the Kwanlin Dun First Nation from 2014 to 2022.

The Gingell and Bill’s discussion happens on October 24 from 11 am. to 12 pm. in the multi-purpose room.
