The national chief of the Assembly of First Nations (AFN) says Justin Trudeau did more to help improve the quality of First Nations in his decade as prime minister than any prime minister in Canadian history.
On Monday, Trudeau announced he’ll resign as prime minister after the Liberal Party of Canada chooses his successor. Parliament is also prorogued until March 24.
