In the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation on Sept. 30, Brampton Library is honouring Canada’s Indigenous nations — their unique histories and timeless traditional knowledge.
The library has planned several events exploring Indigenous memory and culture.
Intergenerational Storytelling: Oral Tradition
Sept. 19, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
This interactive workshop at the Cyril Clark branch will introduce attendees to the dynamism of communal storytelling, and how stories can gain power as they move across generations.
