Press Release
01 Nov 2023
Today we are thrilled to announce the addition of two new partners and a litigation paralegal who are joining our firm, Maxime Faille, Aaron Christoff and Camilla Arrica.
Maxime (Max) Faille brings with him an almost unparalleled wealth of experience in constitutional and Indigenous law. His dedication to defending the rights of Indigenous communities and his track record of successful litigation in complex cases make him an invaluable addition to our team.
Aaron Christoff, with his successful background in advising and representing First Nation governments in matters such as specific claims against Canada, self-government, elections, Aboriginal and Treaty rights, drafting policy and legislation such as custom election codes and C-92 laws, will be a tremendous asset to our firm. Aaron is a Newhiyaw (Cree) citizen of Saulteau First Nations in north-eastern British Columbia.
Camilla Arrica is a litigation paralegal with tremendous experience with the Federal Court, as well as most Courts of the King’s Bench across Canada. Max, Aaron and Camilla are currently involved in litigation in every jurisdiction in Canada except PEI.
With this development, we are proud to also announce our firm’s arrival in the Vancouver market. We have come a long way since opening our doors in 2017 with just 10 lawyers and a handful of institutional clients that we still are so proud to serve today. It is our promise to continue to grow with only the best and the brightest legal talent, paralegals and support staff. And with this announcement, we are doing just that.
Please join us in welcoming Max, Aaron and Camilla to our firm.
