Videos posted online of a security guard punching and kicking a man curled up on the ground is being widely condemned, including by grand chiefs in Manitoba.
The 90-second video posted on the weekend shows an Impact Security Services guard punching the person at least three times and stomping on his stomach.
The incident took place on Saturday and unfolded at the Dollarama on Portage Ave. in downtown Winnipeg.
