The City of Thunder Bay is offering a total reward of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of person(s) responsible for the death of William Wapoose.

William Darryl Wapoose , 32 years of Thunder Bay was located deceased on the bike path at the south end of Chapples Drive at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2014.

Investigators are interested in knowing about any suspicious activity in the Chapples Park area on the evening of September 2, 2014 or the early morning hours of September 3, 2014. Police are also interested in speaking with anyone with information about the death of William Wapoose, including his whereabouts or activities just prior to his death.
