For your reference for the upcoming All Chiefs’ Assembly meeting, the draft agenda is attached here and the All Our Relations Declaration is attached here. As many of you may recall, the Declaration was signed on November 30, 2007 when First Nations leadership from across British Columbia met in North Vancouver to review and celebrate the victory of the Tsilhqot’in and Xeni Gwet’in Peoples in the BC Supreme Court decision Tsilhqot’in Nation v. BC. The declaration affirms Aboriginal Title to the respective traditional territories of the Nations present at the 2007 meeting.
