Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance François-Philippe Champagne will hold a press conference with Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard Hunter Tootoo and Iqaluit mayor Madeleine Redfern in Iqaluit, Nunavut, on Friday, April 1, 2016.
