Public Service Announcement

The 8th annual Celebration of the seal event in Iqaluit will take place on Saturday, April 16, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. in front of Nakasuk Elementary School.

Come out to celebrate the importance of seal in Nunavut, and join us for a feast of seal and Arctic char. Activities will include: musical entertainment, Inuit games, throat singing and seal skinning. Everyone is encouraged to wear sealskin clothing; prizes will be given for the most beautiful outfits.
