Re: History Project
Dear Members,
Please be advised that Ken Larry will be working with us over the coming months to assist in compiling biographies on past Chiefs, and collecting any historical pictures the community would like to share.
This project will be as big as we want it to be, so we are asking for your support to ensure all are represented in the final product.
Should you have any questions please contact jkennethlarry@msn.com or Chief George at your convenience.
Wela’lin,
Chief George H. GINNISH
For EGFN Council
To the members of the Eel Ground First Nation:
J. Kenneth Larry has the task of gathering information on the biography of the past and present Chiefs who have served as leaders of EGFN. The information gathered will be used as part of a project in the development of a digital Kiosk describing the history of Eel Ground First Nation (Natoaganeg ). The biography of past and present Chiefs is just one of many different subjects that will be included in this history project. It is a vital part because every Chief has played a role in making our community what it is today. A community that we should all be very proud of because of its beauty, culture, tradition and most importantly the people.
Below you will find the list of Chiefs that have served our community dating back from 1922 to present.
If anyone has any information, stories and or pictures they would like to share or if you are looking for additional info in regards to this project. Please contact Ken by e-mail (jkennethlarry@msn.com (link sends e-mail)), Facebook (Ken Larry), or phone 210-2262 to arrange a meeting at your convenience.
Thank You,
Wela’ lin.
J. Kenneth Larry
