RCMP say adult and child found dead inside trailer that burned in Saskatchewan – CP

MONTREAL LAKE, Sask. _ The remains of an adult and a child have been found in a burned trailer in northern Saskatchewan.

RCMP first reported the fire in Montreal Lake Cree Nation on Friday, saying one adult was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but they said they didn’t know if anyone else was inside the trailer.

Police say they’re still working to identify the two dead, and that confirmation cannot be made until autopsies take place next week in Saskatoon.

They say the injured man has been released from hospital.

Police say the trailer was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived at the scene early Friday.

They say the investigation into the fire continues.
