Moose Cree FN: Day Scholars Class Action

The Federal Court certified a class action lawsuit seeking compensation for First Nations students that attended federally-run schools, but were allowed to return home in the evenings. Moose Cree First Nation has opted-in to the Day Scholars Class Action on behalf of its members. Fill a form by November 30th to be added to the list. Complete Form Online or Download Fillable Form.
