Officials say work on the Paq’tnkek First Nation interchange project in Antigonish Co. is underway.
Rose Paul, Paq’tnkek’s director of land and economic development, says work started Friday.
She says it’s eye-opening to see, and is something they’ve been anticipating.
Paul tells The Hawk the project will allow for a lot of growth within the First Nation community.
