Natural Resources Minister Tim Hodgson heads before ENERGY, ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES members to provide an overview of his plan to overhaul the Energy Efficiency Act, as outlined in a bill introduced in the Senate last fall. (6:30 p.m.)
