“Our communities become stronger when people can access services, be heard, and take part in everyday life. Accessibility grants support practical, community-driven solutions that help organizations respond to real needs and create more inclusive spaces. That’s how we build communities where everyone has the opportunity to participate and feel supported.”

“Through our work supporting people who stutter, alongside researchers such as Dr. Paul De Decker, we see how barriers in communication can affect access to services and participation in everyday life. Initiatives like the accessibility grant help organizations take practical steps to reduce those barriers, improve access to services, and create more inclusive spaces throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.”
