OPSEU/SEFPO’s Provincial Women’s Committee (PWC) Representative from Region 5 invites you to participate in a day of learning under the union’s Dismantling Systemic Racism Program (DSRP).

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday June 20
  • Time: 9 am to 4:30 pm
  • Location: OPSEU/SEFPO Office at 155 Lesmill Rd.
  • RSVP Deadline: June 1

OPSEU/SEFPO’s goal is to identify and remove systemic barriers that prevent Indigenous, Black, and racialized members from participating at all levels in the union. The voices of Black, Indigenous and racialized members need to be heard and their stories told. They also need to be part of decision-making tables.

We will spend the day developing strategizes on how to call out racism with it happens and how to move forward together as a collective.  This work is a core part of OPSEU/SEFPO’s ongoing journey to becoming an actively anti-racist Union.
