Law Society of Ontario notice outlines 6 allegations against Andrew Rogerson

The Law Society of Ontario is accusing an estate lawyer who had dealings in the N.W.T. of professional misconduct.

Earlier this month, the law society served notice to Andrew Rogerson detailing six allegations.

The notice alleges Rogerson “breached his obligations” and acted in an “obstructionist manner” against the code of professional conduct and that he made “discourteous, sexually harassing, and/or discriminatory comments to opposing counsel.” It also alleges Rogerson misappropriated $90,000 of client funds held in trust.
