SASKATOON, SK – AGI Envirotank has completed the partnership with Fab-Rite Services Ltd., effective January 1, 2026. This partnership brings together Fab-Rite’s 44-year legacy of steel fabrication excellence with AGI’s industrial storage and environmental solutions, creating enhanced capabilities for customers across Western Canada.
Fab-Rite Services, headquartered in Cranbrook with operations in Sparwood, B.C., is the region’s leading provider of customer steel fabrication, field services, and industrial maintenance.

The transaction preserves Fab-Rite’s operational independence and local identity. The company will continue under the Fab-Rite Services brand and with its existing management team.
