Authentic Indigenous Tourism Growing in Demand: ITAC – TravelPulse Canada

Canada’s Indigenous Tourism Association (ITAC) reports that interest in authentic Indigenous experiences is growing rapidly.

“Indigenous tourism is not only a way to celebrate culture, but it is also a meaningful step toward reconciliation, fostering understanding and connection,” said Keith Henry, CEO and president of ITAC.

Looking ahead to 2026, ITAC has put together a roundup of experiences, all owned and operated by The Original Original (TOO) members.
