The City of Thunder Bay received a grade of C+ for its progress so far on the recommendations that came out of the First Nations Youth Inquest last June.
The inquest into the deaths of seven First Nations youth who died while attending high school in Thunder Bay, resulted in 145 recommendations to eight different parties.
Lawyers for the families of six of the seven youth issued grades on Wednesday, giving each of the eight parties a report card on the progress that has been made within the first year of the recommendations.
