Burn production fires up Vernon Indigenous choreographer for Kelowna stage – Vernon Morning Star

Smoke from a controlled slash burn will lead to residents going for their telephones to report it.

This controlled burn, however, will have residents clamoring for tickets.

Ballet Kelowna presents the world premiere of the company’s second commissioned, full-length work, Cikilaxʷm: Controlled Burn, co-produced by the National Arts Centre’s National Creation Fund.
