Registration Fee

All-inclusive fee for the full conference is $625*.
CAMA members pay only $565*.
Payment must be received in advance of the program.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP:
Sunday, 1pm – 4pm. Included in your registration fee.
MONDAY NIGHT NETWORKING RECEPTION
Monday evening, November 17th. 6pm – 9pm. Included in your registration fee.

Cancellations

Full refunds, less a $95 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received in writing by October 31, 2014. We regret that refunds cannot be given after this date. Delegate substitution is permitted at all times.
