Chiefs in Manitoba hire child advocate to oversee province’s First Nation kids – APTN

The Assembly of Manitoba chiefs are vying to take the province’s into its own hands.
This comes on the heels of a brutal attack on a 15 year old girl two months ago.
Both the girl, and her alleged attacker, had been living in a Winnipeg hotel where they were placed by the province.
