City Working On Welcoming Students – Magic 99.9

The City is trying to make it safer for First Nation students.
They are going to be handing out discounted school year bus passes for Dennis Franklin Cromarty and Matawa Learning Centre students.
Spokesperson Karen Lewis says they are also working on providing more supports.
“They are discounted passes and they expect to be at the two schools early in September to distribute passes.”
It means the schools will no longer have to buy passes each month they can buy a pass for the semester.
