Final In-person Info Kiosk on Indian Day School Settlement Wednesday

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke wishes to advise the community that the final Information Kiosk on the Indian Day School Settlement (IDS) Agreement will take place on Wednesday, June 12, from 9am to 4pm at the Post Office/Tewatohnhi’saktha building.

The Indian Day School Settlement Coordinator Louise Mayo will be present to answer questions and assist persons who wish to receive help with their claims, particularly for Reconsideration Letters, Estate Claims, and either lost or stale dated cheques.

This will also be the last opportunity to meet with Ms. Mayo as the IDS Services will be ending June 28, 2024.
