As we enter a historic year, First Nations University of Canada is proud to introduce our official 50th Anniversary logo marking 50 years of Indigenous education, resilience, and leadership.
At FNUniv, education is our buffalo.
This teaching is reflected in the 50th Anniversary logo itself. The buffalo long a symbol of strength, sustenance, and life represents the role education continues to play in our communities today. It nourishes our people, strengthens our Nations, and supports the continuation of Indigenous knowledge, languages, and ways of being for future generations.
