The Annual General Assembly will be held on November 8-9, 2016 in Kamloops!
The Assembly brings together First Nations leaders, community members, and fisheries and natural resources staff from across the province on an annual basis to receive updates on the work of the FNFC and engage in strategic discussions on operational, policy and legislative issues related to fisheries. We will be inviting participation from BC First Nations as well as government partners from various departments. This year’s event will be held at the Hotel 540 in Kamloops, BC.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
A block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel 540 in Kamloops for the nights of November 7 and 8, 2016 at a special rate of $104 for single occupancy. The room block and special rate will expire on October 20, 2016, and space is limited; guests are encouraged to book ASAP to ensure special rate and availability. TRAVEL SUPPORT:
Limited travel subsidies will be available to assist participants who would like to attend the FNFC Annual General Assembly but do not have access to adequate funding. Please contact the FNFC at 778-379-6470 (tel) or info@fnfisheriescouncil.ca to request a link to our online travel subsidy application form. The deadline to submit travel applications is Friday, October 21, 2016. Please review the FNFC Travel Guidelines when applying for travel.
