The Food Security Coordinator supports the weekly coordination, distribution, data collection and reporting for the Food Security program at Tungasuvvingat Inuit. The Food Security Program operates out of the Vanier location and supports Inuit living in the Ottawa area.

Working Conditions
The Food Security Coordinator works primarily in a busy distribution center involving outdoor distribution. This may involve various weather conditions such as rain, cold, heat or wind. The Food Security Coordinator also works in an office setÝng for administrative tasks. The role of Food Security Coordinator will involve lifting; up to 50 lbs and other physically demanding tasks such standing for long periods of time and stocking shelves.
