The Fort Edmonton District Office of the Métis Nation Within Alberta (MNA) is inviting community members to its Indigenous Craft and Bake Sale happening May 23 and 24 at 11728 95 Street in Edmonton, featuring handmade crafts, baked goods, food truck, door prizes and local vendors.
Joseph René de Meulles, Fort Edmonton Métis District Captain, tells CFWE the event began from a Métis citizen’s suggestion and has since grown into a showcase for local artisans selling handcrafted items rooted in Métis culture.
