All Canadians should have the security of a safe and healthy home. The Government of Canada is making historic investments toward improving housing conditions in First Nation communities, reducing overcrowding and increasing health and safety.
The Honourable Jane Philpott, Minister of Indigenous Services, today congratulated Mishkeegogamang Ojibway First Nation on its new six-unit housing complex. The new homes were built ahead of schedule and will contribute to healthier lives for their residents.
