Issuance Date: Monday, March 16, 2026
Submission Deadline: Monday, March 30, 2026 @ 11:59 p.m.

Submission Requirements include (but are not limited to):

• Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) Clearance Certificate
• Proof of $2 Million Liability Insurance Coverage
