Batchewana First Nation joined other First Nations in calling for extra precautions when travelling over the border
SAULT STE. MARIE – Indigenous people have been cautioned to take extra care when visiting the United States.
On Saturday, Batchewana First Nation issued a Travel Awareness Advisory, joining a chorus of First Nations and Indigenous organizations recommending extra precautions stateside due to the activities of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
