ATTAWAPISKAT — Adrian Sutherland will join the lineup for the 2026 Canada Day National Noon Ceremony in Ottawa, bringing a James Bay Cree voice to one of the country’s biggest stages.
The Attawapiskat First Nation musician will perform at the nationally televised celebration at LeBreton Flats Park on July 1.
Sutherland announced the news on social media and said he was honoured to take part in the event.
